He started bodybuilding in 1998 at the age of 22 while studuing in Bulgaria.
The main reason to get involved with bodybuilding was his need to build his body and to satisfy his aesthetics. At that time he had no plans to compete professionally.
In 2009 he earned his IFBB Pro Card and he has represented Greece many times in international competitions next to the biggest names of bodybuilding.
Today Manolis is one of the top Greek bodybuilders and surely he deserves the title of Greek God.
Tall, very handsome, dark haired .. and a body to die for.
